Feeling Superstitious? Reduce Your Risk

People in general can be very superstitious, and that is sometimes the case with option traders as well. I have said in group coaching class several times that I am a little gun-shy when it comes to taking the same type of trade on the same underlying after several successful outcomes. Part of the reason is that I wonder how long the stock can continue to move in the manner I had counted on it do so. Well, it has to end at some point, obviously. But if the charts are still telling you to consider the trade, why not?
